Usage guidelines

The points listed below will assist you in using your ZEAL® Pro Bike Cover safely. 

  • Review all instructions and warranty information carefully. 
  • Before using, ensure that the ZEAL® Pro Bike Cover is properly fit to your bicycle, all internal fasteners have been secured, and the ZEAL® Pro Bike Cover will not affect your bicycle’s finish.  
  • Always check that the ZEAL® Pro Bike Cover and enclosed bicycle are properly secured to the bike rack before operating your vehicle. 
  • Ensure that the ZEAL® Pro Bike Cover does not interfere with any of your vehicle’s safety systems.  
  • If the ZEAL® Pro Bike Cover obscures your vehicle’s taillights, use only with a properly installed ZEAL® Pro Light Kit.  The ZEAL® Pro Light Kit is required when using the ZEAL® Pro Bike Cover with trunk or hitch-mounted bike racks. Verify that the ZEAL® Pro Light Kit is working properly before driving.  
  • The ZEAL® Pro Bike Cover can significantly increase the force applied by wind.  Ensure that your vehicle, bike rack, and bicycle are secure and capable of withstanding these additional forces before use. Use extra caution when driving in windy conditions.  
  • Do not use the ZEAL® Pro Bike Cover with roof mounted bike racks during windy conditions or where cross winds may be present.
  • While driving with the ZEAL® Pro Bike Cover obey all posted speed limits and traffic cautions. Adapt your speed to the conditions of the road and the load being carried. 
  • Remove the ZEAL® Pro Bike Cover before entering car washes. 
  • Keep away from hot exhaust.
  • Consult us if you have any questions regarding the operations and limits of your ZEAL® Pro Bike Cover and accessories.
  • Do not use the ZEAL® Pro Bike Cover and accessories for purposes other than those for which they were designed. Failure to follow these guidelines or the product’s instructions will void the warranty.

Our customer service is here to support you. If we determine the product to be defective in materials or workmanship within three years from the date of original purchase the product will be repaired or replaced, free of charge.

Our guarantee to you is that ZEAL Pro products will meet your expectation and are of the highest quality.

This warranty does not cover defects, damage, malfunctions, or failures resulting from abuse, neglect, improper care, alteration, collision, or a crash.

This ZEAL® Pro warranty coverage does not, cover any damage to non-ZEAL® Pro products used in conjunction with ZEAL® Pro products. No warranty is given for defects caused by normal wear and tear, scratches, accidents, modifications or any types of repair other than those authorized by ZEAL® Pro. No warranty is given for defects resulting from conditions beyond ZEAL® Pro’s control including, but not limited to, misuse, overloading, or failure to close, secure or use the product in accordance with ZEAL® Pro’s written usage guidelines included with the product or made available to the purchaser.

Disclaimer of Liability: Repair or replacement of a defective product or the issuance of a refund or credit (as determined by ZEAL® Pro) is a purchaser’s exclusive remedy under this warranty. Damage to a purchaser’s property or other person is excluded. This warranty is expressly made in lieu of any and all other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, but excepting the warranties which are expressly provided by law. ZEAL® Pro’s sole liability to any purchaser is limited to the remedy set forth above. In no event will ZEAL® Pro be liable for any lost profits, lost sales, or for any consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages or for any other damages which were not directly and clearly caused by a defecting product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary based on country or state.
