This enables your ZEAL(R) Pro MTB cover to ship with a modification to the front wheel section, enabling it to be used with the VelociRAX(R), ALTA Racks(R), and Thule Revert. These are new covers that have been removed from the packaging, modified to accommodate the VelociRAX(R) and ALTA Racks(R) front wheel securing straps.  The neoprene in the modified section allows you to make a cut at the exact point where the rack securing strap must pass through the front wheel.
