ZEAL® Pro For Mountain Bikes and Fat-tire Bikes

The ZEAL® Pro for Mountain bikes and Fat-tire bikes protects mountain bikes, fat-tire bikes, and most eBikes when they're being transported on one of the common styles of industry standard racks including tray-based, trunk mount / post-mast, and front wheel / fork hanging racks. Each cover is designed to work on all the standard rack types similar to those shown. The patented engineering allows the standard rack securing mechanisms to pass through the bike / bag combination while keeping your bike protected from the elements. Additionally, rubberized backing makes the fabric impermeable to water and prevents paint abrasion on your frame. Designed and tested to fit XS to XL mountain, fat-tire, and eBikes, each cover includes pockets for the ZEAL® Pro Light Kit (sold separately).

For fat-tire bikes with handlebar mitts or mountain bikes with large bar ends, the ZEAL® Pro Fat-Pawz are large handlebar ends that can be zipped onto the cover to accomodate that larger handlebar accessories. The ZEAL® Pro Fat-Pawz can be purchased separately here.

A modification to the ZEAL® Pro MTB cover is now available to accommodate the VelociRAX® bike rack at an additional cost. For clarity, the stand-alone ZEAL® Pro MTB cover does NOT accommodate the VelociRAX®, and an additional modification must be purchased to make the standard ZEAL® Pro MTB cover work with the VelociRAX®.

Military grade!

Had to save up my allowance for this one but worth every penny! Goes from rack to tailgate hangover and back like a champ.

Love it with my Alta Rack

Run it on my ALTA Rack behind a Sprinter and it's a game changer. No more trashing my bike when we travel. Wish I'd got one sooner!

Been using since 2017

We bought two of the mountain bike covers in 2017 and have been using them pretty regularly ever since. Mostly with our Thule XT Pro but have also used on friends' 1Up and Kuat racks. They are a bit faded as we've spent a lot of time in hot sun and there's a nick in one of the neoprene sections because we piled a bunch of stuff on it when we were moving, but they still work great. We just spray them off at the car wash with the SUV when we get back from a trip (with the bikes still in). Well worth the money and will buy again if/when these ones die.

Use on my MTB and Fatbike

I use this cover on my Turbo Levo (large) and on my Salsa beargrease (also large) with my Kuat Piston Pro and I love that it works on both.

Mountain Bike Cover

We have a sprinter van and travel all over with our mountain bikes. While traveling we hit all different weather conditions and our bikes were constantly getting abused by rain and salt so chains and cables were requiring lots of maintenance before we could ride. I found theses zeal covers and ordered 2. These fit both bikes with 29” wheels and even my 4.25” fat bike. The quality is exceptional and fit is perfect with not being too loose. The added light kit is a must for my hitch rack so the lights can be seen. I am extremely happy with my purchase from zeal and would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
